DJ Cuppy Shares What Dad Always Tells Her.



Popular Nigeria disc jockey, Florence Otedola aka DJ Cuppy, has taken to social media to give fans an idea of the kind of wise words she often gets from billionaire father, Femi Otedola.

The entertainer in a post shared on her official Twitter page said that her father often reminds her that money cannot be taken along to the afterlife.

Cuppy’s tweet got a lot of fans and followers talking in her comment section.

A follower who seemed to agree with her father’s words wrote:

"@cuppymusic I'm glad that ur dad always reminds u that when one dies, his or her wealth stays behind; It's all vanity upon vanity. That's why u should use ur wealth to elevate people the best way u can. The money being spent on extravagant material things can help lots of people."
Another follower posed a question to the entertainer about how she has been able to use her wealth to impact the lives of those around her.

He wrote:

"So knowing fully well how someone's wealth finally ends... How many lives have u touched with the ample of wealth at ur disposal?? Bcos I know that's what matters d most..."
Here’s what @lateefsalami72 had to say:

"Yes of course. It is a universal fact. After all, we didn't come to this world with anything. And surely, we shall return without taking with us anything. This world is a beguilement. Striving to be exceptionally rich and wealthy is good but it is not the may purpose of life."

Back in 2019, DJ Cuppy revealed that her charity foundation raised over N5.1bn in funds. Cuppy held a gala to raise funds for her Cuppy Foundation to help less privileged children.

In a post shared on Instagram, DJ Cuppy noted that the gala was a success and gushed about it being the best birthday present.
