½ cup raw organic coconut oil
8 drops of lavender oil or chamomile oil
1 table spoon of B wax
For disposable diapers-3 table spoon of zinc oxide powder
For clothes diapers, 3 table spoon of arrowroot powder or cornstarch powder, 2 table spoon of aloe vera gel
PROCEDURE
Do a double boiler
Add shea butter
Add B wax
Add coconut oil
Allow them to melt together for 5mint or less
Remove from heat and place in the fridge for about 2hours
NOTE: The cooling step is very important part of emulsifying process and can be skip. Once it is cool, it will be harder. Then scoop into your mixer, and then add 3 table spoon of zinc oxide and the 2 table spoon of aloe Vera gel blend for 5mints.
When blending allow oxygen to circulate into the cream to fluffy it up. Then pour it into your container. That's your nappy rash cream.
