Although this plant has been around for hundreds of years, only a few people know of its medicinal and healing properties.

My grandma was a big fan of the bitter leaf juice, and on one of my visits she made me drink the juice to cure a fever. Bitter leaf and Spinach Juice

Well, to get the best results from the bitter leaf plant, it’s best taken freshly squeezed from the leaves.

How to extract the Bitter leaf Juice
This can be done, the old school way of rubbing the clean leaves in between your palms with the help of a little water and squeezing out the juice from the leaves.

You can also use a juicer or blend the leaves with a little water, in a blender and strain out the extract with a cheese cloth, coffee strainer or a sieve with a tight mesh.

Bitter leaf juice on its own, is quite bitter and this taste might be a turn off for a lot of people.
So to reduce the bitterness of the bitter leaf juice, simply blend it with spinach or Ugwu (fluted pumpkin). If you still find it extremely bitter, then add some sweet fruit juices to it, such as pineapple , apples or oranges.

Are you TTC?
Are you having issues with conceiving?
Drinking grapefruit juice
Apparently, grapefruit works wonder for cervical mucus, not only it increases the quantity of cervical mucus but it’s texture as well. Usually, drinking grapefruit juice for a week just before the ovulation is enough to benefit from its magic.

According to many advocates of natural medicine, women who are trying to conceive can benefit much from drinking grapefruit juice. Grapefruit juice contains certain elements that can help thin out the cervical mucus making it easier for the sperm to travel through the uterus and the fallopian tube to fertilize the egg.

When your estrogen levels increase as you approach ovulation, your cervical mucus becomes more fertile. When estrogen levels are at their highest, cervical mucus takes on that famous egg white consistency. And if your cervical mucus production could use a little boost, *theoretically*, grapefruit juice could help

Grapefruit juice is the juice from grapefruits. It is rich in vitamin C and ranges from sweet-tart to very sour. Variations include white grapefruit, pink grapefruit and ruby red grapefruit juice.

EDUCATED PEOPLE HAVE LEFT ALOT OF BUSINESSES ON THE TABLE

An Akara seller around my hood prepares N8,000 worth of Akara daily. After all necessary deductions, she makes a profit of about N3,700 per day. She also fry's yam & potatoes which she makes about N1,300 profit daily. She opens for business before 6:15am and closes before 10:30am.
So she makes N30,000 every week if she opens for 6-days every week. Do the math and you will see that she makes N120,000 profit every month working for less than 24hrs per week.

Again, this same woman comes back in the evening & opens from 6:30pm till 10pm and makes a profit of N2,000 every evening. That amounts to N12,000 per week and N48,000 per month.
In total, she works for about 8-9hrs a day and makes a monthly profit of about N168,000.

I didn't even mention she sells Pap (Akamu) too.

Mama Akara as she is foldly called has created self-employment for herself with no shop & less overhead cost.

If an UNEDUCATED woman is doing that, you that is educated, what have you been doing with your education?

You see, we EDUCATED chaps have left ALOT of lucrative businesses on the table for the UNEDUCATED to be making the money.

Check round you, you will alot of businesses that we have left while pursuing our education, you can refine, rebrand and fine-tune those businesses and make some money out of it.
