Kamala Harris Appreciates Black Women For Voting In Last US Electio

     The American vice president-elect, Kamala Harris, on Monday, November 9, spoke to black women in the US.

   In a Twitter post, she thanked them as she said black women have often been despised despite the repeated calls for them to push the nation’s democracy forward.

    Kamala explained that the victory she and president-elect Joe Biden secured at the poll could not have been possible without their help.

A Twitter user identified as @AfricanCeleb recently left social media users stunned after she shared a photo of a 6500 plate of meal she had received at a restaurant she recently visited.

@AfricanCeleb who had ordered a plate of seafood okro and pounded yam was left surprised after she received her meal. It came in a very unconventional way as morsels of pounded yam were used to decorate around the soup.

     Also trending on social media is a video of a young lady packing her food in a rather odd and somewhat hilarious choice of a container at a restaurant she recently visited.

The lady identified on Twitter as @DheeDrey shared a video in which she is seen asking an attendant for a takeaway pack so she could pack her leftover food.

According to the mother of one, several music labels refused to sign her at the beginning of her career. She also disclosed that one of the music labels that refused to give her a chance at the time was Banky W’s ‘EME’.

The music icon made this shocking revelation in a recent interview with BBNaija host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

She said,

“At the time when I just got back to Nigeria, I approached Banky W to sign me into his music label, but he said No.

“I guess because he was about to work with Niniola at the time. I also went to Mohits at that time, and they were working with Muna, so they turned me down and I went back to LA.

“But I later got back to Nigeria and begged Don Jazzy to sign me into Mavin records and he did. I’m sure EME, other records
