WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR HANDS? 3

WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR HANDS? 3
Good morning Family. Happy New week. Trust you are set to smash your goals for the week as God helps you? We began this series last week and we will be concluding it this morning. If you haven't read the first two posts on it, please go to my timeline to check it so that you can get a full grasp of the lessons to be learnt. Thanks.
After discovering what you have in your hands, you shouldn't just jump out to swing into action. It's important that you pray to God to give you ideas on how to launch out, ask Him to prepare and equip you for it, ask for directions, insights on strategies to put in place, divine connections, research about that niche to gather relevant information, share with trusted tribe members, mentors or coach, learn new things in that area (This can be done by watching videos on the internet, reading books, articles, contents, take courses, attend seminars and conferences etc. This should be a continuous process even after launching out you should still continue to learn to keep you updated) and through His instructions based on His timing, you launch out.
Note that, when you launch out, things may not just start to boom immediately. It's a gradual process. There will be times when you will make mistakes or even fail, you still have to keep trying and keep motivating and encouraging yourself. Just keep pushing on. So long as you are sure that you heard God clearly to go into it and you have your convictions, keep at it. It's a phase and it will pass. You will surely succeed and be blessed.
Remember, there is really nothing new under the sun. You are not the only one that has that talent, gift or skill but what will make what you do unique is YOU. Also, the creative ideas and instructions God gives to you on how to do your things which you obey will make you stand out in that niche.
For you, who have discovered what you have in your hands and God has birthed so much creative ideas in you; He has placed a burden in your heart to start, He has been giving you a push to start, but you have been given excuses of why you can't start out now and you are afraid of what will happen if you start... Now is the time for you to put your faith to work. Activate your faith by paying attention to that push, nudging and burden within you.
Enough of Procrastinating!
Enough of the Excuses!!
Start with what you have where you are!!!
My questions for you today goes thus:
What Do You Have In Your Hands?
Have You Discovered It?
Are You Using It?
If Yes, How Well Are You Using It?
If No, What Has Been Holding You Back? Cut the Excuses!!!
Are You Using What Is In Your Hands or What Is In The Hands of Others Just Because It's The Popular Thing And It Seems Like It Brings A Lot of Money For Others In That Niche?
The fact that something is popular doesn't mean it's the best for you. All those whom you see prospering in what they do, it's because they discovered what God has placed in their hands and started utilizing it. They started small too and they are great today.
Don't be afraid to start small. Dare to be different!
Cheers to your success!!!
Kindly share your thoughts, questions and contributions in the comment section or in my DM. I will love to hear from you.
Thanks for reading through. Please share with others.

ARE YOU LEARNING FROM YOUR MISTAKES? 2

ARE YOU LEARNING FROM YOUR MISTAKES? 2
I would have loved to get my mistake corrected but the distance between A and B's location was much and I was at A's location. I tried to think back to the night before and that morning to trace where the mistake came from. I started questioning myself saying that, I packed it some kind of way already to prevent it from happening, but this but that.. (I was trying to defend myself and prove that I couldn't have made such a mistake when it was established that I made a mistake).
After thinking for a while, I then discovered how I mixed it up when completing the packing that morning. I trusted my memory to help me remember exactly how I had arranged them the night before but it failed me.
It was the I am so sure of myself and what I did, I can't make such mistake syndrome that made me make such a mistake. It won't have cost me anything to reconfirm, but I was just so confident and I ended up making a mistake. I thank God the both parties involved are insiders. I can't imagine what would have happened if they were outsiders or strangers and they decided to flare up.
I made a decision immediately that next time, I will put a name tag or something else that is pronounced to differentiate similar packages. I learnt from my mistake.
What's my message to you from this story?
💡 Know that no one is above mistake including you. You are not perfect no matter how excellent you are, you will still make mistakes.
💡When you realize you have made a mistake, do yourself some good by admitting it. You don't have to complain or try to defend yourself. You don't have to beat yourself too hard because you made a mistake.
💡 You can avoid some mistakes by taking the necessary precautions. Don't be overconfident. Sometime our brain may fail us so it's good to write things down so that we don't forget. If I have noted it down the way I arranged the packages that night, it will have saved me from making that mistake the next morning because all I needed was just to refer to it.
💡 There's nothing wrong in crosschecking whatever you have done as much as possible to check for errors and to avoid mistakes. Don't say you are so sure and you don't double check. This applies to students when writing tests, exams and assignments to be submitted. It also applies to workers too when your boss gives you something to do, cross-check before you submit. In fact this cuts across everyone as it saves us from making avoidable mistakes.
💡 What is the most important thing when you make a mistake is that you pick the lessons in it, move forward and apply what you have learnt as you forge ahead. You don't have to sit in your mistakes or keep complaining or defending yourself. If you don't learn from them and apply the lessons learnt you will form a cycle of constantly repeating the same thing which will keep reducing your productivity.
Are you learning from your mistakes?
