The Melanistic Breed Of Chickens, Ayam Cemani.
~0.5 mins read

Ayam Cemani is a breed of chicken/fowl which is black all through its body( both inside and outside the body). Etymologically, Ayam means "chicken" in the Indonesian language while cemani (originally a Javanese word) means "thoroughly black" (down to the bones).

Ayam Cemani is an uncommon and relatively modern breed of chicken from the island of Java, Indonesia.
They have a dominant gene that causes hyperpigmentation (fibromelanosis), making the chicken mostly black, including feathers, beak, and internal organs. They are one of the most expensive breeds

Their beaks, tongues, combs, and wattles appear black, and even their meat, eggs, bones, and organs are black or gray. Their blood is normally colored. verification needed.

TODAY I ADOPTED A HUMAN
It broke my heart to see him so alone and confused. And suddenly I managed to make his teary eyes meet mine. I don't like the smell of sad. I wanted so badly to jump on him. He spoke to me tenderly and I knew, I had to rescue him! That human needed me. So I barked with all my might, followed him for blocks and blocks.
I got closer, I could smell his hands. The human smiled for an instant and when he took me in his arms, I began to feel his cold heart warm. I got close to his cheeks and felt a tear roll down them. I looked deeply at him and his response was a bright smile. I jumped excitedly into his arms, I promised to behave myself, love him forever and never leave his side.
How lucky he was to pass through that block, down that street and I also feel lucky.
There were so many people walking by and no one was looking at me. All worried, all involved in his problems. I'm glad no one else chose me! Today I saved a life. Today I adopted a human. πŸΎπŸ•ŠοΈπŸ’ž

This Incidence Witnessed Took My Breath Away
~0.5 mins read
I heard a sound at the window of the cottage. When I looked, a cedar waxwing had hit the window and fallen to the deck. Its mate stood beside it. It was clear that the fallen bird was dead. I turned away for a moment and when I looked again, its mate had hopped over. It lay down beside its partner, their heads touching. It closed its eyes and passed over to Spirit with its mate. The sadness and beauty of the moment were such a privilege to witness. If anyone has ever doubted that animals feel emotion and love, this moment was absolute proof of both. Nature truly has much to teach us.
