Charles was a very careful driver, however you could tell he loved music. While he drove, I just stole glances at him as he kept dancing to the beats. Undoubtedly, Charles had a great sense of fashion(well, maybe not far-fetched, as a fashion designer.)

"What kind of music do you prefer?" Suddenly, he asked.

"em.. any cool music will do." I responded.

"Excuse me." He said as he parked by a junction and received his call.

"Hello! Yes... speaking..ah! Good day! Sir, I got the alert.. yes..every of my staff has been settled.. thank you so much.. I must say, we will do more business together.

Charles responded, and the call ended.

One could tell that apart from his driving skill and great sense of fashion, Charles was a smart business man! As he continued to drive, I thought I should appreciate him for the white dress he sent. Then, he spoke first.

"I can see how gorgeous you look on your white dress, guess I got the right size.?" He said.

"em..yes! Thanks..I was just about...

"I also got you box of beautiful shoes." Charles said, as he interrupted me.

"Oh! Wow! Thank you so much! But..how did you get to know every detail about me? We only just saw once at Lanre's party!" I exclaimed. Charles smiled.

"Well, let's just say I'm a very tenacious person, I am quite deliberate about what I want." He bragged. 

 Hmmm.... This guy got me pondering ,the entire day.  He had dropped me off my street, after handing me the shoes.

"So, when I'm I officially seeing you at home?" Charles had asked me. 

Hmmm.. I really wasn't in a hurry to give him a reply. Maybe, just maybe, I was enjoying the chase. I simply thanked him for the ride and the shoes walked away. As soon as I entered the house, my phone rang,then I realised it was Lanre.

"Hello Lanre, what's up?" I said.

"I saw you and Lanre, drive pass, how far?" Lanre inquired.
