It's of no doubt that the blue platform which is owned and managed by a Russian Billionaire, Mark Zuckerberg has been of great help to its users. Facebook over the years has served as a means for people to converse with friends and love ones both far and near. People get to chat a whole day with friends and loved ones with less airtime unlike what it would have cost them if twas a call. There is nothing like bored moments on Facebook as users gets the opportunity to read controversial, intriguing, educative and hilarious stories on their news feed. With all these benefits aforementioned, it's fair to say that the blue platform has been more of an advantage than a disadvantage to the society.

In my article today, I will be sharing with you all a controversial post I came across while scrolling through my news feed. The post which was shared by a gorgeous looking Igbo girl from Owerri, Imo State identified as Dabere Chi who claimed to be 16 years old. The post which she shared cause outrage among some Facebook users that they started blasting her. She captioned the post as "Imagine all this niggas, you can't afford my cream, yet if I post you will be begging me to date you. I'm very expensive and I don't date broke guys."

Facebook users after seeing what this girl posted reacted differently and some were furious because she said she don't date broke guys and that she is expensive. What got most of them pissed off, is that she was still young and she got the mindset that she don't and won't date guys who ain't financially buoyant.

"Should I comb your hair? ". My step mom asked and I shook my head. 

"No, Martin will do that when he comes back from school". I replied and got into my bed. 

"Awwn lover girl". I blushed. 

"What will you like to eat? ". 

"Umm.. Bangers and mash". 

"Dont you ever get tired of that, Alison? ". 

"Okay i'll go for liver and bacon". 

"Exactly what you ate last night". 

"Okay Sausage and mashed potatoes". I said and clung my teddy bear to myself. 

"Good girl". 

"Wait... Thats what Martin ate before going to school. Just make Pasta with plenty mackerels then". 

"Alright Angel". She said and I felt her hand on my hair. She pecked my forehead and I smiled. 

"Mum? ". 

"Yes Alison". 

"Is Tracy at home? ". 

"Yes of course, Alison". 

"I want her to make the pasta, please". 

"Sure baby, if thats what you want". 

"Yeah". 

"Love you, Alison". 

"Love you too, Mom". 

I heard the door close and I know she was out because I couldn't perceive her scent again. 

Am Alison Bud. A sixteen years old girl.I was born blind though the doctor said, I might still regain my sight in future. Well am not sure. 

Daughter of Bud walker and late Joyce Logan..My dad cheated on his wife and had me with his maid. According to the story,My step mom has been married to my Dad for six years and yet no offspring. 

My mom happen to be their maid then and she got pregnant for dad. She died a year after I was born then my stepmom adopted me. 

Emily who left here just now is the step mom, am talking about. Surprised, She's caring? Actually she loves me alot even though my parent had me through adultery means. 

She said she doesnt have a grudge against me.Because it was my mom who sinned and I shouldn't be the one to be punished. 

She bath me everyday since childhood. But I never allow her to touch my hair after I grew up. Only Martin does. 

Martin is my boyfriend. We both grew up together. His mom is Tracy. A widow who works in our house as a cook. They live with us too. 

How we fell inlove? Well I don't know.. All I know is that we're inlove and share a strong bond. He's my always and forever. 

Martin has a sweet voice so he do sing for me alot. He sneaks into my room at times and we'll sleep together but we've never had sex. Though we've done lots of crazy stuffs alot but never sexually. 

I reach for my phone and inserted the earpiece to listen to music. 

I heard a knock on my door. "Come in". 

The person walk in and I perceive his cologne. Dad.. 

"Alison". He mimicked Martin's voice and I chuckled. 

"Try something else Dad. Like wearing Martin's shirt so i'll perceive him. That will be better". 

"Oh Alison. You got me there". I heard his footsteps approaching me. Soon the bed sank and I knew he was sitting at the edge of the bed as usual. "How you doing, princess? ". 

"Am fine Daddy, you came early today". 

"How did you know? You can't even see the time". 

I smiled. "Well lets say it because of my boyfriend". Yeah even though I had a private teacher. Martin taught me lots of things. 

"Oh I see, I miss you though". 

"Same here, Daddy. What did you got for me on your way? ". 

"Oh well". I heard the shierking sound of carrier bag and he kept it in my hand. "Check it". 

I felt the bag and put my hand inside, touching the contents. "Wow Daddy, Bars of chocolates". I exclaimed. 

"Yes Princess. For you and Martin". I opened my arm and he embraced me. 

"Dad and little princess". I heard my step mom say she came to my side. 

"Your lunch is here, love". 

"Wow so fast. Thank you mommy". 

"Open your mouth". She said and I did. She shoved it in. 

"You gonna spoil her Emily. She's too old to be fed". My dad whined. 

"Let me spoil her, she's my princess". 

😋Martin P. O. V😋

The bell rang. Students troop out of the class. I packed my stuffs into my bag. It 4pm already. We should have close around 3pm but we science student were busy in the laboratory. 

I know Alison must've been waiting for me. I hung my bag at my back and left the class. Taking the stairs down. I was almost at the gate when Dylan and his friends showed up. Bullies. 

"Hey blondy head". Ian, one of the boys said and ruffled my hair. 

"Nah, it not blondy head. He's the blind girl's boyfriend". Dylan mocked and they chuckled. 

"Whats the girl's name again? ". Ryan said putting a finger on his chin. 

"Umm... Alison, I guess. Yeah Alison Bud". Ian said. 

Dylan laughed. "Why are you so stuck with this girl anyways? ". 

"I guess her p***y is sweet. Look at his pink lips. He looks so innocent and behind this fake innocent look of yours, is martin who always dug his head in Alison's P***y". 

I bite hard unto my lips. I try to pass but Dylan held me back."you wanna walk out on us". He smirked. 

"You guys should leave me alone". I glared. 

"Wow. You've got some nerves you know. He wanna fight us". Ian said. 

"I don't want to fight". I chipped in. 

"You'll fight, blondy head". Ryan said. 

"Why? ". 

"Because we want to kill you". Dylan responded. 

"I've done nothing wrong". I cried. 

Ryan carried me above his shoulder and my legs were in the air. "Stop it, leave me alone". I cried. 

But they wouldn't listen. They took me to an abandoned class and drop me on the dusty floor. I adjusted my bag. 

"Let me go, please". 

 

Dylan came at me with fists raised. I dodged his first and stared at his beautiful blue eyes. He's very handsome but a bully. His left caught me smack in the left cheek. 

"Please... ". I cried. 

A blow on the chest from Ian sent me reeling over a desk. I held on tight to the desk and steadied myself. The three of them approached me. 

I wanted to fight back but I won't dare. They're three in number and am not the type that gets into fight. That's the last thing, i'll do.

 But i have to protect myself, it called self defense. 

Suddenly I raised my hands and warded off blows as best as I could. Dylan cracked me on the nose and blood came out. It hurt real bad and stirred me to rage. 

I rushed in with frailing fists. Dylan dodged, slipped and caught all my punches. He's the strongest of them. 

All of a sudden, his fist sank into my stomach. I gasped and doubled up. He swung at my unprotected head and caught me on the ear. I went flat on my back, fazes and hurt. 

"Alison's boyfried. Come on, get up!! ". 

I raised myself to a sitting position. Ryan yank me to my feet. Ian hit me continuously but I don't know where. Then, I heard running feet. Someone helped me up. I look up to see one of the school security officers. He supported me. 

"Why did they beat you, martin? ". 

Well am a popular student because of my brilliance. Apart from the fact that am the school senior prefect, I present my school in quizes and debates. 

"Can you please take me to your house?". I manage to say. Then everything became blur. 

I opened my eyes to see him holding a cup of tea. "You're awake, here take this". 

I took the tea from him and gulped everything. "Whats the time? ". I asked sitting up on the small bed. My body ache from the pains. 

"6pm, martin". Geez... My mom and Alison. 

I drop the cup on the bedside table and stood up. I felt better. I move to a half broken mirror in the room and checked my face.

 It was bruised and I had a cut in my chin but the man had it covered already. 

"Thanks Abraham, I have to go now". I said and pick my bag which lay on the dirty chair on the room. 

"Take care of yourself, martin". I heard him say and I left the small room. 

I got into the street and went to the nearest park. I was lucky to get a bus in time and I board it.

The British Minister for Africa, James Duddridge, has described Nigeria’s security situation as massively complex, stressing that no partnership would resolve the multiplicity of the country’s problems, whether it is Boko Haram insurgency or a number of other issues.

Duddridge made the comments while responding to questions from journalists attached to Nigeria's ministry of foreign affairs.

The British minister had visited his Nigerian counterpart, Geoffrey Onyeama on Tuesday, April 27 to discuss matters of interest between both countries when he was accosted by the reporters.

Minister Onyeama shared photos of the meeting with Duddridge on his social media pages.

Daily Trust quoted him as saying:

Earlier, Onyeama had said Nigeria was dealing with very difficult challenges, especially the unconventional nature of the fight against Boko Haram insurgency and terrorism.

He said:

South-East Governors have established a security outfit, EBUBE AGU, to curtail the rising insecurity in the region.

Chairman of the South-East Governors Forum, Dave Umahi, made the announcement on Sunday after a meeting in Imo State.

The headquarters of the establishment will be in Enugu State.

Umahi, in a communique he read, explained that EBUBE AGU will also monitor the activities of vigilante groups in member states.
