Chapter 4

The day for the exam arrived while Flora and Vera have not still studied their books. Inside the hall, Vera didn't know what to write and tried calling on the attention of Grace since she read and was the most brilliant amongst them but Grace didn't respond to her out the fear of being caught instead she focused on her paper.
When they were through with the exam Vera and Flora left Grace back home because of what she did. Grace was stranded since she don't know where her way around the place
Luckily for her she met Kelvin at the place cause he was part of the invigilator when he saw her, he walked close to her and asked her if she was stranded she didn't reply to him as usual but on second thought, she decided to answer him since he may be of her to her.
She narrated what happened in the hall to him and also how they left her home, he then decided to help her since he was also going back home, and he paid her transport home
When they reached the village she met Grace on the way and wanted to ask her why she, left her but instead she sighed and walked away
It pained her seeing them together, she also met Vera on the way and narrated what happened to her but Vera didn't take her serious
Kelvin continued escorting Grace home she then asked him why Flora behaved like that, and he told her how she was throwing herself at him. Grace was shocked and asked him if she was not his girlfriend but he said no and told her that she is a childhood friend. He told her how she had been calling him her boyfriend even when he told her he was not she refused to learn but made sure he didn't tell her about what happened between him and Flora in his house when she came to study with him.
