During the time i was in secondary school i really suffered from ulcer, but i didn’t know it was ulcer because i couldn’t go to the hospital. Reasons are: My parent didn’t know what it was. They thought that it was an ordinary stomach problem, so all they could do was to be giving me anti worm tabulate which is Amebedanzol and the rest of them; i even took 1000mg and herbs but no way. But sometimes it may reduce but later it will still continue and i will just be excruciating in stomach pains not only pains, the worst is that after eating most of the time my stomach will star turning me up and down. My parent prepared herbs for me to be taking and even the ones they bought from herb vendors.

So as i do take the drugs and time goes on day by day i continue to suffer. Even in school i can’t even focus in class because and sometimes i do rush home during break time with bicycle to take drugs but no way, i even do take over dose but it still persist. But without talking too much let me just tell you the most dangerous foods you have to avoid if you are having a stomach issue. Follow my instructions.

1.    Avoid eating scent leave

2.    Avoid eating bitter kola

3.    Avoid eating garden egg

4.    Avoid too much pepper or even raw pepper

5.    Avoid alcoholic drinks

6.    Avoid any carbonated drinks like fanta, Pepsi, Cocacola etc

7.    Avoid eating Gulver fruit

8.    Avoid Orange and lemon anything that contains citric acid

9.    Avoid taking chocolate and

10. Don’t take coffee at all it is dangerous

These are the foods to eat

Make sure you eat well cooked and soft plantain

Make sure you eat banana well

Make sure you take enough milk

Eat soft foods that can digest easily and fast.

Remedy:

Get 10 pieces of unripe plantain just wash it well don’t peel it, scrap the back and slice into pieces as if you want to cook it.

Get a four litters container (bucket) that has cover.

Then pour the sliced pieces of plantain into it and pour four litters of clean drinkable water into it and cover it well. Then keep and allow it for three good days to ferment.

After three days open the container and collect the water from it and throw away the chaff.

Then you will be taking the fermented water one glass cup when you wake up from sleep in the morning and also before bed in the night.

If that one finish do another one till 2weeks then go and see your doctor for check up.

Hello my readers, today l have come to show my readers some technology that will help them and some persons may not know about it, so l will be showing you how you can browser with your phone without any data plan, all you need is a magnet and few other things. I will be showing you a link to watch the video at the end of this article.

I know you be wondering how, don't worried l will explain in detail for you, l have tried it and it work, so here are all what you need to carry out this experiment.

Material needed.

1. Big Magnet

2. Razor

5. Soldering iron

Procedure.

step 1.

Get a manget that is big in size, it sholud be having it manegtic power in it.

Step 2

Get a charger cord like The one you normally use to charge your phones ( remember inside the cord they are two wires) then naked the cord so that the wires inside can show.

Step 3

Get two razor, connect one end of the cord to one razor then the other to the other razor, make sure its connect well.

Step 4.

Places the razor that is connected to the cord with the manget, as show below then solder the wires to the razor.

Step 5.

You can remove your sim if you like, at this point connect the head of the cord to your charging spot and watch your self browser for free.

Note: one sign that will show its is well connected, it will be like the phone is charging.
