TOAST BREAD:

Fresh sliced bread..

Margarine

Toaster.

 

PREPARATION:

Wash your hands with soap and water.

Spread margarine on bread and cover with another bread, one at a time.

Set toasting machine on mid temperature

Insert buttered bread, and regulate temperature until bread is golden brown.

 

MILK SHAKE:

Banana

Milk

(For those who like flavour, you could add coconut, chocolate, cinnamon, orange and other flavours)

 

 

 

PREPARATION:

Wash banana properly

Peel off the back

Chop the banana

Pour in liquid milk into blender

Add the chopped banana

Blend, until smooth.

Serve Banana milk shake with toast bread.

Have a lovely day.

Potato Pockets, Recipe By Maryam Nura

Ever Heard of Potato Pockets? This is How to Make Them. 
It was variety Sunday yesterday, and I learned this recipe by Maryam Nura a fellow course mate. I had never seen something like it before so I asked for her permission to publish it here.
 
This a recipe she made herself. Creative right?!
 
Ingredients:
 
Potatoes
 
Minced Meat
 
Bell Pepper
 
Onion
 
Carrots
 
Green beans
 
Or any vegetables of your choice
 
Seasoning
 
How to make:
 
Peel the potatoes and wash, then boil in water till soft.
 
Divide the potatoes vertically into two halves. Scrape the insides of each half using a spoon and keep aside.
For the filling, cook the minced meat then fry with vegetables of your choice liking cut into squares.
Scoop filling in a spoon, put in one half of the potato and then cover with the other half, put a toothpick and stick the two halves together.
Ready flour and whisk eggs in separate bowls.
 
Put the potato pockets in the egg first, then flour and then eggs again and fry till golden brown.
Remove the toothpicks. 
Enjoy!
 
You can eat with any condiment of your choice.
